Process Analyst (PA) Deals with the day-to-day aspects of ensuring that all process participants understand their roles and responsibilities toward the goal of delivering seamless execution of the end-to-end process. Communicating all process changes and authorization procedures effectively across all affected business functional areas Maintaining regularly monitoring process through internal performance audit to ensure productivity and service level achievement Bachelor degree in any major of engineering and statistics, preferably Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, with GPA min. 3.0 Experience in project management, process definition and improvement — process mapping, SOP, implementation, audit and performance monitoring Good analytical skill – observing and evaluating statistical data and process map or document flow and understands logical flowcharting   Info lengkap klik di sini
