Support Center Staff  (SCS)
  • Handling customer's problems and complain, from the first time information   was  received   until the problem and complain are solved at customer's side
  • Monitoring customer's product and services for 7 day per week,  24 hours per day to ensure that all services are running well.  Should there is a  problem at the services, the staff will contact the customer for first checking and analyze the problem for further solution.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction is the objective of all task since customer  is our priority.
  • Diploma Graduate (Majoring in Computer Information and Technology)
  • Experienced in Unix/Linux Server Administration, Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Network Security, Mikrotik OS
  • Strong knowledge in Internet Servers Architecture such as,DNS Server, Mail Server, FTP Server, Database Server, Web Server and TCP/I Network (Computer Network)
  • Strong knowledge in Shell Scripting Knowledge in Database and Programming language would be Preferred
