HSE Manager - Indonesia
PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a division of Leighton Asia and
mainly specialises in contract mining, civil engineering and
infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads,
bridges, pipelines and tunnels.
Duties and responsibilities:
To manage the implementation of the Leighton Management Systems
company-wide, with regards to Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental
aspects, with the objective complying with the company's policies &
certification to international standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
(Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent with min 10 years
experience in HSE area at field/operational level (Supervisory level)
; well versed with OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 requirements ; computer
literate; good command in English ; experience with HSE Management
Systems & their implementation at an operational level ; Experience in
coordinating HSE related training programs ; Experience in performing
HSE audits & inspections ; Experience in Incident investigation,
analysis & reporting processes ; Experience in providing management
with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report
writing).
