QUALITY & PROCESS SPECIALIST, ASEAN (IT Business) - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the experience, satisfaction and loyalty of
customers doing business with ITB in Country, from the time of
enquiries and prescription activities to the litecyle support after
the products, equipment or services have been delivered.
* Make sure that issues affecting customers' satisfaction and
loyalty are well reported, and are focused upon by Country management
and employees, ASEAN, APJ, LOBs and Supply Chain. Manage the permanent
improvement cycles through Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR) and
organize communication to all levels to ensure a awareness of goals
and issues impacting customers' experience.
* Coordinate the resolution of quality issues that impact ITB
customers using I2P. Ensure a good, constant communication on theses
issues between Country services, sales teams, ASEAN teams, global LOB
and factories' teams. Follow closely resolution to make sure
preventive actions are in place before closing the issues.
* Establish, lead and participate in cross-functional improvement
actions to enhance quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Deploy
and support in Country/ASEAN global actions launched to satisfy
customers.
* Establish a frame linking continuous improvement activities to
APC strategic quality goals (#1 in Customer Satisfaction) and
initiatives by deploying an array of quality processes and systems.
* Ensure that improvement actions / preventive actions determined
during the I2P and other improvement processes are standardized across
the organization.
* Strong analysis & data minding skillset.

Responsibilites:

* S1 Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
* Exp. 5 - 8 years in quality assurance in an advanced industry
such as automotive or electronics manufacturing.operational quality
system implementation and deployment, including quality improvement
methods, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 or other quality standards.Six Sigma
Green/Black Belt certified would be advantage.
* Knowledge of supplier quality management systems and methods.
* Skilled in advanced quality techniques and process
characterization concepts such 6 Sigma or FMEA.
* Excellent written and verbal skills as required
* Skilled in leading and influencing without authority is essential.
* Ability to drive quality in the product, process and systems is essential.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
* Willing to travel to ASEAN countries
* Based in Cilandak
