Network Technical Support Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation, administration and maintenance of
the company's local & remote servers, networks infrastructure, storage
devices, security system, virtual servers, email and web server, and
desktop system
2. Responsible for the installation, configuration and implementation
of any new server systems, network infrastructure, storage devices,
software application and desktop applications required to support the
company's activities
3.Responsible for the backup of local and remote system and
application software and data
4.Responsible for the monitoring the system and application server
availability and performance
5.Create daily report and other relevant documentation
6.Diagnose and identify root cause problem and recommend/provide
corrective action plan
7.Able to work under demanding situations
8.Willing to work outside office hours, weekend and on-call 24x7 if need be
9. Ready to work in shift
10.Willing to travel if need be
