Chief Operation for Trade Center (632/APG/OTC)
* Ensure all compliance agreements in place with suppliers and
with business partners.
* Conduct shopping centre, commercial site and outdoor site audits.
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational problems in
conjunction with Ops. Assistant.
* Frequent interaction with the retailers to understand their
needs and their satisfaction level.
* Ensure the SOP for the Mall / trade center, security and
housekeeping are monitored and followed.

o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
o Required language(s): English
o At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
o Applicants must be willing to work in Mangga Dua Square.
o Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Mall &
Trade Center or Property/Real Estate or equivalent.Full-Time positions
available.
