Traffic & Parking Supervisor (632/APG/TF)
* Coordinates parking for athletic and other major public events;
ensures parking is regulated and staffed according to needs and
established policies.
* Coordinates reserve, permit, special visitor, conference, vendor
and contractor parking according to established policies and
procedures; informs requesting parties of accommodations and
limitations; provides necessary permit, pass or decal.
* Arranges for necessary signage, flags, barricades, maps or
passes needed for any parking purposes or events; ensures correct
verbiage is used on all written materials.
* Supervises and schedules regular, full-time parking lot
attendants; schedules and coordinates necessary parking crews for
athletic and other public events, considering size of event and
estimated parking needs; trains both regular and part-time staff in
parking services operations.
* Assists with operations in other areas of parking services unit.
* Arranges for or makes necessary repairs on parking mechanisms.
* Prepares reports regarding operation and/or status of area of
responsibility

o Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree, any field.
o Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
o Knowledge of parking operations and practices.
o At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
o Applicants must be willing to work in Mangga Dua Square.
o Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in
Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
