Requirement :

* Have a good communication in English (written & spoken) "MUST".
Responsibilities :
* Receive, direct and relay fax messages
* Answer all incoming and outgoing calls and handle caller's
inquiries whenever possible
* Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
* Greet, assist and /or direct staffs, visitors and the general public
* Assist the staff as requested, like preparation for business
trip (Ex: Booking Flight, hotel, etc)
