Agung Podomoro Group (APG) was established in 1969 by the late Anton
Haliman. His very first project was the housing complex in the Simprug
area, South Jakarta, completed in 1973. In the same year, APG
pioneered the real-estate concept with a project in the Sunter area,
North Jakarta.

Commercial Leasing Supervisor (532/APG/CL)

Discuss the size and layout of the rooms as well as local
amenities important to the residential or commercial renter, such as
the location of shopping centers, businesses and schools.
Discuss rent price, living standards and the terms of the
leasing contract and also negotiate leasing terms and move-in
specials.

*
completing the leasing agreement or contract with a renter.
Contact prospective renters who have inquired about renting a
specific property.
They may also pull credit reports on prospects and compile
listings of available rental property.

o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
o

Friendly and professional attitude as well as good
communication skills. They spend a great deal of time talking to a
diverse range of people.
They are expected to be fast learners, proactive and
detail-oriented.

A college degree is not a requirement for most leasing
assistants, but having an associate or bachelor's degree can improve
job prospects.

Employers look for prior experience in sales, customer service,
leasing or real estate.

* Applicants must be willing to work in Mangga Dua Square.
