Haliman. His very first project was the housing complex in the Simprug
area, South Jakarta, completed in 1973. In the same year, APG
pioneered the real-estate concept with a project in the Sunter area,
North Jakarta.

Sales & Leasing Asisstant Manager (632/APG/SLA)

o Manages day-to-day operations of leasing and ensure
maximum optimization of resources
o Set up objectives and targets and monitor regularly to
ensure all objectives are achieved
o Lease vacant space according to leasing plan / schedule in
accordance with the relevant time frames setout therein and according
to defined retailer mix and target
o Manages all leasing activities including attracting new
tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the
development of attractive leasing packages
o Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially
profitable to the mall
o Finalize renewals of existing retailers in accordance to
company's rules and procedures
o Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and
performance of leasing activities
o Coordinate with retailers on a daily basis to resolve issues
o To attend to tenants and clients needs and provide optimal
level of service
o Implement all the necessary documentation required in the
fulfillment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving
out and renovation
o Coordinate with other department heads to ensure effective
and efficient operation of the mall
o Performs other tasks as assigned

o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
o Minimum 5 years of leasing management experience (mall
manager level)
o Mixed use development experience
o Sound working knowledge of computer software applications
o Graduate degree in either business, retail management
and/or retail real-estate
o Extensive knowledge of leasing management
o Applicants must be willing to work in Mangga Dua Square.
